The project
Air Action Trampoline Centre kicks off with a complete branding solution, plus custom booking and payment system for their website.
The puzzle
Air Action was a brand new indoor trampoline centre in Melbourne with a massive range of activities on offer: 160 interconnected trampolines, two dodgeball courts and climbing walls. They approached SBM for a complete branding solution, along with a fresh website that would include innovative and user-friendly bookings and payment systems. The client would soon be entering a market with stronger competitors. This meant that the new assets had to be distinctive, memorable and created in a very small time frame.
The solution
The team at Air Action was highly responsive and collaborative, and this was welcomed in delivering a branding concept closely aligned to their vision. SBM’s web development team applied optimised UX and UI processes to develop a cutting-edge, fully customised booking system that would accommodate the centre’s unique requirements. These included a dynamic barcode system for easy check-in, and a secure payment gateway. SBM and Air action worked together during a rigorous testing process to ensure the system was smooth and user-friendly.
The results
By the launch date, the client had a strong and consistent brand presence, complete with on-site signage reflecting the new brand guidelines. The new website was up and running, with a fully functional booking and payment system. The client was thrilled with the result, which led to more collaborations between Air Action and SBM in the future.
