Financial service expands client base with a brand refresh, cutting-edge website build and smart digital marketing solutions.
The puzzle
Invest National is a financial service offering an innovative, contemporary approach to financial planning, mortgage broking and investing. Established in 2003, the business has quickly grown into a nationwide organisation with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, along with mobile consultants. They were seeking a total rework of their website UX to increase user engagement and conversions, as well as driving more traffic to the site. They were especially looking to appeal to a younger demographic, while remaining inclusive to all potential clients.
The solution
SBM set out to deliver a total brand refresh. Web marketing banners were also created alongside a complete website design and build. The website was designed to reflect the client’s brand image and messaging, established by extensive research and collaboration with Invest National. This resulted in clear, colour-coded navigation and a dynamic layout, including subtle animated elements to enhance the user experience. Inclusive, informal language and family-oriented imagery supported the objective of connecting with a younger audience, without alienating the client’s existing customers.
The results
The new branding and website position Invest National as credible, experienced and trustworthy, giving them a vast brand appeal to a far greater range of demographics. The new website design and enhanced UX brought clarity to the client’s services, making their site easy to navigate and promoting increased engagement from site visitors. Strategically deployed web banners worked hard to drive new traffic to the website, garnering millions of impressions and strengthening the already prestigious name of Invest National.
