The project
SBM and the Bosch Car Service Network team up to reach local customers with smart online marketing.
The puzzle
Bosch is one of the world’s most reputable car servicing franchises worldwide, with a stellar reputation for quality workmanship that goes far beyond simple appliances. SBM took on the challenge of working with Bosch at a local level, targeting a variety of demographics and locations for their franchises across Australia. Each workshop presented its own challenges, starting with some having almost no online presence. The goal was to provide effective marketing, tailored to the individual needs of each franchisee, as well as their budget.
The solution
Although the basic concept was a curated franchise marketing model, various package levels were included for each workshop to choose from, depending on their needs. These packages included website development, remarketing, SEO, AdWords and social campaigns, along with custom-made web banners; workshops could even choose to build their own package. Crucially, there would be absolutely no ‘one size fits all’ solution. SBM worked closely with each workshop to create *their* perfect strategy, taking into account their clients, history and what they wanted to achieve through their marketing.
The results
SBM now works with a growing number of Bosch workshops ongoing basis, helping them reach out to new clients online and gain valuable new contacts. Since partnering with SBM, these workshops have seen massive improvements in their keyword rankings and web traffic, with some seeing up to a 40% increase in web traffic each year. Through this partnership, SBM has been able to cultivate its relationship with the Bosch Car Service Network, gaining valuable insight through various campaigns and allowing us to develop powerful strategies for our partnered workshops in the future.
