The project
SBM builds an innovative digital portal for ACS Property Services, allowing for easy management of their entire system.
The puzzle
ACS Property Services is a property management and cleaning company with a long list of loyal clients across all of Australia. They were in need of a digital portal to integrate their on-site systems, giving all users up-to-date info and making their whole management process more efficient for cleaners, managers and clients. This portal needed to be totally user friendly and easy to update, allowing ACS to innovate and continue to outperform their competitors.
The solution
The SBM team designed built a custom portal that would integrate finances, time tracking, attendance, payroll, customer relationship management and much more. Rather than settling on an existing platform, the SBM team built a brand new portal from the ground upwards, taking the best aspects from other systems and custom designing a few more for the specific needs of ACS. By ensuring that the portal would continually accept updates, the SBM team was able to add new features and modifications at the client’s request, ensuring ACS would have a totally up-to-date system.
The result
After the digital portal was finished, implemented and fully up and running, ACS was able gain unique and valuable insights into its services: notably, site hours and time worked. This allowed them to go completely digital, removing clunky paper timesheets and having all of their information solidly backed up on a well-designed platform. Over one hundred ACS cleaners now use this portal instead of physical timesheets, meaning that managers can easily access, modify and update all of their employee information in real time.
