The puzzle
Garden Express is Australia’s largest online nursery, a major player in their industry and a respected provider of garden supplies nationwide. They also have a significant following for their wealth of gardening knowledge, freely provided on their site and through newsletters. Garden Express approached SBM in 2014 to increase the website’s visibility via organic search, and thus their revenue. Combining marketing, development and design skills, SBM was given the task of taking this industry giant even further, boosting sales and crafting a functional online experience.
The solution
To increase organic search visibility of Garden Express, the SBM Marketing team developed an SEO strategy that focused on high-quality backlinks. Through keyword mapping of products and collections, SBM were able to create high-quality content pieces, ensuring the client would climb in the search rankings for desired keywords.
