Comprehensive website overhaul and powerful tech features position Compton Green as an industry leader.
The puzzle
Inka Creative is a design agency that specialises in making brands truly memorable, while their client- Compton Green- are highly respected property experts operating in Melbourne’s west. Inka approached SBM to build a custom portal for Compton Green, one of their design clients. They needed a flexible and dynamic portal that would display their properties, while keeping them under the distinct ‘Compton Green’ branding.
The solution
SBM worked directly with Inka Creative in creating a custom portal, keeping the Compton Green branding throughout. The site would regularly check with the client’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), picking up new properties for display. SBM would later add an innovative ‘off-market’ feature, allowing Compton Green to display exclusive properties that aren’t yet featured on the major property search websites, Throughout the project, SBM conducted several rounds of feedback with Inka Creative, ensuring that the final deliverables would be perfectly suited to their client.
The results
The brand new, custom-built portal on Compton Green’s website showcases only the most relevant properties to potential buyers, with exclusive listings that position Compton Green as a well-informed source. They can also react and adapt to market shifts with a highly flexible, easily upgradeable system. This feature gave Compton Green the ability to add a podcast page to their website, which displays podcasts by the owner immediately after they are uploaded. This entire system and its incredible flexibility have given Compton Green the advantage in an intensely competitive and dynamic industry.
