Bosch Car Service Network
The project
SBM’s marketing strategies help the Bosch Car Service Network spread brand awareness and engage their target audience.
The puzzle
The Bosch Car Service Network is one of the largest independent networks of car workshops worldwide, known for their skilled technicians and a global guarantee of quality workmanship. Boschenliste the aid of SBM’s Marketing and Design teams to run a series of campaigns, with the goal of increasing awareness of the automotive side of their brand. Each of these campaigns, running for one to two months at a time, would highlight specific promotions with the overall goal of getting more clients to visit workshops.
The solution
The SBM Marketing team implemented three primary campaigns, each built around unique marketing aspects and taking the form of digital assets created by the Design team. These campaigns were made to interweave, using the collected data to generate clicks, impressions and views. By having multiple campaigns over a period of time, SBM was able to generate significant data on user behaviour, making future campaigns more cost-effective. Regular feedback from Bosch allowed the team to refine the message, branding and digital design assets, communicating more effectively with their clients.
The results
The marketing campaigns were a huge success, generating great brand awareness for the Bosch Car Service Network and significant engagement for both Bosch’s corporate website and individual workshops. The first campaign saw a cost per click of under $2.50 for search marketing. Thanks to refinements, excellent design work and the smart use of data, the subsequent display marketing campaign came with a cost per thousand impressions of only $1.50. For video marketing, cost per view was $0.07, allowing Bosch to cost-effectively spread brand awareness and drive conversions.
